Nutrition Consultations

Our Clinicians have all been educated extensively in proper nutrition and supplementation. We provide metabolic testing in our office to precisely assess deficiencies of each patient. Sit down with one of the doctors to go over your personal nutrition plan to help you be as healthy as possible!

Spinal Decompression

We are one of the few offices offering non-surgical spinal decompression to alleviate disc problems. Our state-of-the-art decompression table can be set to target individual discs in your neck or back to decrease pain and avoid costly surgery.

Therapeutic Exercises

Every patient under care in our practice is prescribed 2 sets of exercises to aid in spinal correction and treatment. First, there are spinal warm ups that are performed before each adjustment which helps to re-hydrate intervertebral discs and loosen up tight muscles. Second, patients are prescribed home care exercises to lock in progress made by the adjustments. Research shows that by combining active care with adjustments patients achieve 50% greater results.
