New Patient Guide

When you’re ready to begin your wellness journey with us follow the steps below to set up your initial exam and consultation.

1.) Fill Out Your Paperwork

It’s important to complete your new patient paperwork before arriving for your exam to ensure that you are seen on time. The more information you are able to provide to our doctors, the better they will be able to treat you. The majority of diagnoses can be made from a thorough health history so do not skip any sections or leave out important information.

Does your office accept insurance?

Yes, we are in network with all major insurance companies in the area. When you come in for your exam be sure to bring your license and insurance card so that we can verify your benefits.

Will I get an adjustment on the same day as the exam?

No, we do not adjust patients during the exam. We do a very thorough examination including diagnostic imaging to ensure that there are no contraindications present. If you are in pain there are other modalities we can perform to make you more comfortable until your first adjustment.

How long will the new patient exam take?

Generally the new patient exam will take about 45 minutes. The process will be much faster if you arrive on time with your paperwork completely filled out.

What techniques do you employ in the office?

Gonstead, Diversified, Flexion-Distraction, Thompson, Activator, Extremity adjusting, Webster protocol, Chiropractic Biophysics, Therapeutic exercises, Graston, Massage therapy, Dry Needling and Spinal decompression.

Why do I have to have X-rays taken?

Our office manages patients using spinal corrective care which means that we treat each patient based on the position and misalignments present in their spine. Not only do the images help us provide highly specific treatment but it can give us vital information about previous injuries and contraindications that make it unsafe to treat a specific area.
