When I saw my x-rays the doctors pointed out my cervical curve. I thought this was interesting because as an exercise science major we went over people losing the curve but I didn’t think anything of it until I saw how it was affecting me. Once I started seeing progress through adjustments and at home therapy I decided to set up a nutrition consultation because I wanted to work on other health issues. Since making these positive changes I have come off of my antidepressant medications which is INSANE! After only a couple of weeks of care under Dr. Borgert, I no longer needed medication for reflux (which had become almost a daily need), and I began to sleep and feel much better. After a couple of months of care, I had the energy (and motivation) to make a commitment to a high-intensity workout routine which led to numerous positive outcomes. Dr. Mike’s care springboarded me into a lifestyle that empowered me to drop about 8% body fat over about 6 months.
Absolutely in love with this place! I have been to chiropractors before, but none have been as great as Dr. Borgert. Since starting treatment, my headaches have decreased in frequency and severity. I feel so full of energy! Better than I have ever felt before. I highly recommend this place if anyone in the Apex area is needing chiropractic care. I promise, even if you are skeptical, your mind will be changed once you come in and meet with Dr. Borgert. Such a great place!! I would give it more than 5 stars if I could.
Dr. Mike and his staff are awesome! Dr. Mike know about fitness, nutrition and supplements in addition to being a wonderful chiropractor. Jenna is an incredible massage therapist and Steph, Kathy and Laura (at the front desk) couldn’t be more helpful and knowledgeable. I don’t think I would be out of pain without their help and support.
